BOX OFFICE: The full-service ticket office is located on the 1st floor of the Greater Columbus Convention Center (GCCC) is an outlet for the computerized TicketMaster system. Current charge is 3.5% of gross sales, plus a $75.00 set-up fee. The ticket office hours are 9:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M., Monday through Friday (except for special on-sale dates). The ticket office telephone number is 614.827.2540. The GCCC reserves the right to decide whether ticket receipts shall be refunded for cause -- with consideration given to customer goodwill. Show management will be notified of any refunds.

ADVERTISING: The GCCC can assist with advertising/publicity and promotion of your event including the placement of media schedules, print ads, writing, and distributing of press releases. There is an additional fee for these services.

FOOD & BEVERAGE: The GCCC has an exclusive contract with ARAMARK Corporation. ARAMARK's telephone number is 614.827.2700. Food and beverage sampling and promotional tie-ins with food vendors/sponsors will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

NOVELTY/PROGRAM SALES: The GCCC provides for the sale of ALL merchandise. This service is controlled exclusively by the GCCC, provides sellers and stands and requires a percentage of sales.

SOUND AND LIGHTING: Special equipment or supplemental sound and lighting can be arranged for any show at an additional cost.

INSURANCE CERTIFICATE: A Certificate of Insurance naming the Greater Columbus Convention Center, SMG, and the Franklin County Convention Facilities Authority as additional insured must be received prior to move-in. Event dates and space should also be specified. Insurance can be obtained from your own carrier or through the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

DECORATOR: Our official full-service decorator, A.C.T., Inc. can provide pipe and drape, backdrops, banners, and signs. A.C.T.'s telephone number is 614.228.0084.

ASCAP-BMI: The client is responsible for any and all fees due ASCAP-BMI, SESAC, etc. for recorded or live musical presentations.

PARKING: Designated parking (underground and surface is available on-site. Area parking maps are also available. During events when a large number of patrons are expected, the GCCC has the option of charging a flat rate for parking.
